These Terms outline the basis on which ASR Web Services provides web development and related services. They sit alongside any specific written proposals or contracts we agree for individual projects.
Specific project details are confirmed separately in writing before work begins.
Working Together
When you engage me for a project, we will usually agree:
- The scope of work and deliverables.
- Estimated timelines and key milestones.
- Pricing, payment schedule and any deposits.
These details are normally set out in a written proposal, contract or scope of work.
Your Responsibilities
To help the project run smoothly, I may need you to:
- Provide timely access to content, branding and decision-makers.
- Review drafts and give feedback within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure you have rights to any content you supply (text, images, logos, etc.).
My Responsibilities
In return, I undertake to:
- Carry out the work with reasonable skill and care.
- Communicate clearly about progress, risks and changes.
- Deliver work that matches the agreed scope and level of service.
Payment & Invoicing
Invoices are issued as agreed in your proposal or contract. Payment terms and any deposits or staged payments will be set out clearly before work begins.
Changes, Delays & Cancellations
Sometimes scopes change or life happens. If either of us needs to pause or change a project, we’ll discuss the impact on timing and costs and agree a way forward.
Clear written scope keeps both sides protected when a project changes direction.
